Ryan Makris
“Life is a series of speculative bets. We have to make decisions based on imperfect information and wide ranges of outcomes.”
I walked away from a thriving career in the equipment distribution, rental, and leasing industry. I found success in that industry from sales to executive leadership, but I felt it was time for something bigger.
I’ve spent my life pursuing growth—whether it’s learning how to scale a business, becoming a father, or “nerding out” on one of my many hobbies. Now, I’m bringing that same drive and expertise to the legal industry, helping law firms unlock their potential through strategic marketing and lead generation.
If you’re here, you’re probably looking for someone who understands how to deliver real results. I’m looking forward to showing you how we can take your law firm to the next level.

About
Ryan Makris
Ryan grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, shaped by his father’s journey as an immigrant from Greece and a middle-class upbringing that emphasized hard work and ambition. Starting his sales career in high school, Ryan quickly developed a knack for leadership, culminating in a 13-year tenure in the equipment distribution and leasing industry.
As President of WTD Equipment, Ryan spearheaded its growth from a startup into a powerhouse with four locations, 40 employees, and $30 million in annual revenue. His entrepreneurial achievements reflect a career defined by vision, tenacity, and results.
Outside of work, Ryan is a proud father of two and enjoys playing guitar, skiing, snowboarding, and testing his skills at the poker table.
“One of the things I always respected the most about Ryan was his tenacity and willingness to expand his knowledge base and learn a new aspect of the business and or work on developing his skills to help the org get where we needed to go.”
– Raquel O’Leary, AP Equipment Financing
